What a beautiful day for a drive! We both commented that this was one of those days when we could drive forever. The sun was out, the roads were dry, and the traffic was light. Diane did a stint behind the wheel and was extremely proud of the fact that she didn't hit the rumble strip once. Unfortunately, Tim couldn't make the same claim. However, he did more miles than Diane.
We are parked at the Flag City RV Resort in Lodi, CA. We are staying here for three nights. The park is very nice with level cement pads, and lots of amenities. Regrettably, we didn't read all of the fine print in the Trailer Life Directory and discovered that this is one of the few parks that doesn't have Wi-Fi access. We are presently at the registration office using their DSL connection.
We settled in yesterday and went for a nice walk around the park. The weather was warm in the afternoon but cooled considerably overnight. It was 36 degrees when we awoke this a.m., but we still did two walking loops around the park. Sam is really enjoying the exercise as well as all the new smells.
